Causes

On September 11th, 2001, New York City became the target of an act of terrorism, which sent two hijacked commercial airliners into the World Trade Center.  Our daughter, Jennifer Lynn Kane, age 26, was an employee of Marsh & McLennan working on the 100th floor of the north tower.  Jennifer was a 1997 graduate of the College of Commerce and Finance at Villanova University in Pennsylvania.  She was a Certified Public Accountant who was genuinely admired as a committed employee, mentor, and loving family oriented person.  Jennifer touched many lives and continues to do so.  100% of all donations during 2019 will be donated in Jen’s memory to the causes listed below.

Homes For Our Troops is a non-profit organization that provides specially adapted custom homes for severely injured veterans post 9/11.  Proceeds will be donated toward construction of a home for SSGT Kevin Campbell.    On his second tour of duty in Qatar he suffered spinal cord injuries while performing his duties.  Additional health issues caused by the Desert sun resulted in Systemic Discord Lupus causing paralysis.   For more details visit www.hfotusa.org/campbell  or call Jamie Crossman at (508) 967-9748.
